SingleClick Systems Signs Exclusive European Distribution Agreement with bhv Software

Toms River, NJ (May 10, 2005) – SingleClick Systems, a provider of Windows®-based consumer and small and home office (SOHO) networking software utilities, today announced that it has signed a European distribution agreement with bhv Software GmbH & Co. KG, one of Europe's largest and most successful computer software publishers. Through the partnership, bhv Software will have exclusive retail, OEM and reseller distribution rights for SingleClick’s two leading software products, SingleClick Wireless Security and HomeNet Manager, throughout Europe.

Bhv software will manage European consumer and OEM software licensing, and provide value-added product placement and localization services for both SingleClick products in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the Netherlands.
